Prep time: 20 min.
Bake time: 45-55 min.
Cool time: 30-45 min.

For filling:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Melt your butter using the microwave or stovetop. Set aside to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar and salt. Stir them together.
Once the butter is cool, add it to the mixing bowl to form the dough.
In a dutch oven or a ceramic baking dish, layer the 4-7 cups of sliced fruit until your dish is about 2/3 full.
Form the dough from the mixing bowl into 1/2 to 2/3 inches thick cobbles and lay them on top.
Bake for 45-55 min.
Watch for the cobble topping to become a nice, golden brown.
Once it’s done, let cool for 30-45 min. You can even let it sit overnight.
